The saturday races of the RCNP become a technification platform for the ORC and J80 fleets

The racing season for the RCNP began on the 11th of January with the ORC and J80 classes first race.

As Gaspar Morey, the yacht club's race officer, explains, "we are happy to announce the new philosophy for the Saturday races, this new section added is named "progressive technification" and is addressed to the club's fleet. We hope both professional and local sailors to gather and join venture their knowledge allowing the local sailors to be able to sail in top level races in a near future.
These practice races will take place on the 11 of January, 8 and 22 of February, 5 and 26 of April, and on the 19 of July. The starting procedure will be at 13:30 and at the end of the day's practice races there will be a small briefing to review the actions and decisions of the day. Each session will count on two w/l races after a series of practice starting sequences. For these practice days there will be no final prize giving ceremony.
